#CompetitionTime: Two Tickets to Shibui Festival in a secret Brighton Location

Shibui Festival is back for the third year running. This cosy and unique festival has moved around Brighton, in secret locations, for the last three years. The Festival has gone from strength to strength, rising from humble beginnings to become one of the the most exciting events in the city.
